Our approach

Careful hands. Clear answers. Real recovery.

Orthopedic problems rarely arrive alone — pain brings worry, uncertainty, sometimes fear. We take time to listen, examine thoroughly, and explain your options in language that makes sense. Then we build a plan that fits your body, your life, and your goals.

  • Same-day assessment for acute injuries
  • Coordinated care across surgery, rehab and prosthetics
  • Follow-up that continues long after you leave the clinic

Good to know

Questions patients often have.

These answers are general. A proper clinical assessment is needed for diagnosis and treatment decisions.

Open 24 hours for urgent orthopedic care
When should I seek orthopedic care?

Consider professional assessment for persistent pain, a significant injury, swelling, difficulty walking or using a limb, repeated joint problems, or symptoms interfering with everyday activities. Emergency symptoms should receive urgent medical attention.

Do I need an appointment?

Calling or messaging us on WhatsApp first can help you understand the best time to visit and the right next step. Urgent orthopedic cases can contact the clinic at any hour.

Can I bring an X-ray or scan from another facility?

Yes. Bring any relevant medical images, reports, prescriptions or treatment notes. The clinician will review them and advise whether any additional assessment is needed.

Is every fracture treated with surgery?

No. Treatment depends on the type and position of the fracture. Some can heal with a cast, brace or other support, while others may need surgery after clinical assessment.

Can children be assessed for limb or walking concerns?

Yes. We assess children with bone, joint, limb and developmental movement concerns in a gentle, family-centred setting.
